ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Jermuk International Pepsi-Cola Bottler in Armenia is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with leadership, teamwork and strong analytical thinking skills to fill the position of Sales Operations Supervisor. The incumbent will be focused on increasing sales effectiveness and efficiency through ongoing analysis of sales performance, providing suggestions on improving GTM (Go To Market) execution, developing and controlling execution of monthly sales activities and KPIs, continuous collaboration with sales team, developing and executing channel strategies, improving trading terms with distributors, and developing Customer strategies.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Lead initiatives on growing Volume Per Outlet (VPO) and average order size; enhance secondary displays and racks placement; improve frequency of visits; set and control monthly Sales Development Objectives (SDO) execution; improve strike rate vs. last year; grow number of invoiced outlets; improve SKU penetration;
- Provide active support in streamlining sales team structure, roles, responsibilities and compensation;
- Collect, analyze and report on sales performance data, provide solutions on improving sales productivity and effectiveness and ensure execution of the chosen solutions;
- Work closely with the sales field force to ensure sales management programs and objectives, such as in store execution excellence (Model Store), are effectively executed and evaluated at field level;
- Lead Marketing Equipment Management (MEM) process through improving effectiveness and efficiency of coolers, displays, racks and Tools Of Trade (TOT) placement; develop metrics to improve efficiency and control their implementation; manage a team of 10-15 employees;
- Develop and implement trading terms with Customers and Distributors; evaluate current and potentially new Customer and Distributor deals, analyze data, provide several solutions and track execution of the chosen options;
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales and customer performance for the sales team and company executives.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Fluency in English and Russian languages;
- At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration;
- Experience in managing teams;
- Experience working in sales is highly desirable;
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Drive for result;
- Natural leader and motivator of people;
- Both internal and external customer orientation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills;
- Analytical thinking and effective projection and forecasting skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- High level of accuracy and attention to details;
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks and within tight deadlines.
