ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

"Rosgosstrakh-Armenia" ICJSC is looking for a creative and enthusiastic person with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn and share the obtained knowledge and skills with target groups. She/ he will be involved in design, organization and implementation of Insurance products' trainings as well as in various processes carried out in the Training and Development Department.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Design effective training programs;
- Conduct trainings, workshops, individual training sessions, mostly in the area of sales and product trainings;
- Prepare educational materials;
- Maintain training schedule;
- Evaluate training effectiveness;
- Participate in the establishment of employees' development plan;
- Perform other tasks relating to the Training and Development Department.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education: BA or MA;
- At least 1 year of work experience in sales;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position or conducting various trainings and learning activities;
- Excellent listening and presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;
- Goal-oriented personality; team player;
- Strong knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of the English language is a plus;
- Confidence in using standard MS Office Software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and curiosity to learn new tools;
- Experience in insurance is a plus;
- Additional education in organizing and conducting trainings is desirable.
