ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

HSBC Bank Armenia is looking for a Scanning Agent to join its Supplied Services Department. The context of this role is to provide maximum efficient and highest quality service to both external and internal customers; handle the customer requests with due care and in a professional manner to increase the customer satisfaction.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Handle wide variety of operational activities within Supplied Services Department;
- Responsible for preparing and digitalizing hard copy documents;
- Organize off-site archiving processes (data management);
- Update management information, develop diverse statistical reports through various parameters and arrange month-end and quarterly MI reporting;
- Correct maintenance of all required documents during daily processes and end of day control checking;
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the business systems of the Group and their associated requirements;
- Handle internal and external customers' claims and communications related matter;
- In case of need, act as a temporary cover within Supplied Services' other units;
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the Bank's standards and policies;
- Maintain and exceed service standards and quality in Supplied Services; effectively escalate risks and issues;
- Strive to identify existing processes to improve efficiency of deliverables to the customer base and in turn reduce year on year costs by agreed target;
- Participate in departmental projects and teambuilding events.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education;
- Previous work experience in the banking industry/ operations is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications;
- Strong knowledge of English and Armenian languages;
- Analytical and practical approach towards problem solving;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Enthusiastic person full of energy, fresh ideas; fast learner.
