ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

IDeA Foundation is looking for a bright, confident, dynamic, result oriented Senior Analyst with innovative mindset and strong leadership skills. The Senior Analyst is responsible for project incubation, i.e. screening, evaluation and incubation of new ideas/ concepts into projects ready for execution. The Senior Analyst leads incubation process of particular projects with high visibility to the top management and founders of the Foundation.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

The core job responsibilities of the Senior Analyst is to lead or contribute to the following activities:
- Screen and evaluate new ideas generated internally and/ or proposed by external parties;
- Define the project incubation scope with relevant stakeholders;
- Plan duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet project incubation objectives;
- Engage relevant subject matter experts into the incubation process and coordinate/ supervise their work;
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities;
- Define projects theory of change and/ or impact value chain;
- Design projects' business case, including various scenarios of operating and financial models;
- Compile investment packages and support the investor pitching/ fundraising activities;
- Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, report on projects current status and results to project stakeholders;
- Manage project stakeholders and their expectations through effective project-related communication.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Finance, Business or Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting or deal advisory;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language; working knowledge of Armenian language is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Ability to analyze complex objectives and re-formulate them as simple tasks;
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and work effectively with other departments/ teams;
- Ability to work independently with systemic approach and high sense of ownership to the work;
- Knowledge of international business practices and cultures.
