ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Majorel is looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join its team.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Coordinate Finance function by working together with senior management and business line supervisors;- Support management decisions by creating an objective and transparent view backed by financial data;
- Manage all internal financial reporting, including cost center reporting, client results, etc. based on the monthly accounting information;
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
- Prepare and publish timely monthly management reports;
- Support senior management with financial ad hoc analyses and business models/ simulations;
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reports;
- Develop and ensure the consistent application of internal policies, processes and procedures for cost controlling, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, also providing technical support when needed;
- Support finance and accounting teams during month-end and year-end close process,
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings;
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
- Collaborate with and manage external accounting provider;
- Act as a point of contact for central Finance and Controlling topics from German headquarters;
- Consult other administrative departments in terms of cost and taxes allocation, calculations;
- Analyze financial results and elaborate suggestions based on planned versus actual figures;
- Coordinate annual audit work papers in collaboration with the finance team;
- Responsible for preparation (or review), analysis and true-ups of corporate allocation and recoveries;
- Review intercompany billings to parent company, including the follow up of payments;
- Make sure that the invoices are being issued in a timely manner to the Company's clients according to the information received from senior management and coordinate the follow-up of accounts receivables;
- Coordinate the process for expense reimbursement and travels.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;- Proven working experience as a Manager/ Senior of the Financial Controlling Department;
- At least 5 years of overall combined controlling and finance experience;
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
- Experience in creating management reporting and/ or financial statements - exposure to senior management presentations;
- Strong communication skills and ability to present financial information effectively to a variety of stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
