ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ingo Armenia ICJSC is looking for a motivated and hard-working candidate for the position of Senior IT Specialist.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, servers and vertualization;
- Install and upgrade server software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issue;
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support team efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions on server side;
- Conduct systems tests for security, performance and availability;
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning and database performance;
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery;
- Responsible for IT project management.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher technical education;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of IT;
- Technical knowledge of Windows Server 2012/ 2016, MS SQL Server, Exchange Server;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Excellent communication skills.
