ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Concern Dialog CJSC is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Lawyer with the related litigation and representation practice to join its litigation and dispute resolution team. The candidate should be aware of the Company's activities and the primary fields of its specialization.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Work with the litigation and bankruptcy team of the Company;
- Work with the clients, review the existing documents and other presented evidence, search for, inquire and obtain additional evidence necessary for the successful representation of the client;
- Develop the case strategy based on the studied materials (upon need by consulting the partners, the Head of the Litigation Practice and other senior associates), where appropriate and necessary discuss the case strategy with the client and amend where appropriate;
- Develop litigation documents, including position and strategy papers, suits, replies to the complaints, applications for the bankruptcy, motions, claims, objections and other necessary documents;
- Where assigned, coordinate and manage a team of junior associates and associates within the litigation team, assign specific tasks and follow the implementation of the assignments and tasks;
- Periodically report the results of the work to the client and the partners of the Company;
- Upon request undertake other legal works (taking into consideration specific knowledge in the particular area), not directly connected to the litigation practice, including:
a) Provision of legal advice to the clients of the Company (individuals and corporate clients), including but not limited to the following areas: general civil law, commercial, labour and corporate laws, regulatory (telecommunications, renewable energy, mining and environment protection, banks and financial markets, etc.) issues and general administrative law, international private and international commercial law;
b) Drafting contracts and participation in the negotiations and conclusion of the latter, supporting the process of verification and notarization where necessary, as well as the registration and perfection of the rights derived from those transactions;
c) Providing legal advice on corporate law issues, including the foundation of companies, the process of the M&A, legal due diligence, preparation of necessary reports and required documentation package and submission of documents to state authorities, representation at the administrative procedures and support with the closing of the transactions;
- Represent the Company's customers rights in state bodies and courts, including representation at the administrative procedures, during the inspections, in relations with bankruptcy administrators, notaries and the administrative court;
- Support the educational and marketing activities of the Company, including:
a) Holding classes at the legal clinics organised by the Firm;
b) Holding promotional and marketing seminars and round tables on topics of specialization of the Firm;
c) Preparing of different publications, studies, research results, answers to the Question and Answer's on various legal issues from Armenia, as well as preparation of general informational leaflets on legal developments for the clients of the Firm, for the webpage and other promotional resources of the Firm;
- Perform other duties within the above mentioned scope or connected to it as assigned;
- Complete the above mentioned tasks in Armenian and English languages.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Law; master's degree is a plus;
- At least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney;
- Member of the Chamber of Advocates (attorney license holder);
- Strong educational and community background;
- Knowledge of tax and customs legislation is a plus;
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office and G Suite, Armenian and foreign legal resources, Internet and E-mail;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian and other foreign languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Farsi, Arabic, etc.) is a plus;
- Knowledge of legal terminology in English language as well as experience in drafting legal documents in English language (or authentic bilingual documents/ contracts);
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality; communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Teamwork and time management skills and high work efficiency;
