ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Questrade Armenia is looking for a Senior .Net Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate for this position is experienced in developing highly performing and scalable web applications that meets the business requirements and provides a positive user experience to the end-user. This role is involved into small to large scale projects through all stages of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Collaborate with user interface designers, team lead, database developers, .NET developers and architects to build client-facing and internal web applications using: C# in ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, MVC, .NET Core, also JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Dockers;- Be an active member in discussions of technical solutions for business problems and ensure it can be integrated into current structure of applications;
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications and ensure all internal systems are integrated;
- Assist team members with technical problems and ensure best practices;
- Participate in designing new application features and functionality, writing API's, scalability and maintainability improvements;
- Meet and interact with user interface designers, marketing specialists, database and .NET developers as needed to elicit, define, analyze and document requirements for the new application;
- Provide support and enhancements to existing production applications in a timely and accurate manner;
- Perform testing of own code; address browser/ platform compatibility issues;
- Proactively report to team lead on task status and potential issues.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Diploma or equivalent directly related to work experience;- At least 3 years of professional experience;
- .NET Microsoft certification is an asset;
- Ability to develop user interface and back-end integration for web applications based on PSDs, storyboards and/ or business requirements documentations;
- Strong understanding of object-oriented (OOP) development;
- Full experience dealing with browser compatibility issues;
- Ability to code consistently and to documented standards and specifications;
- Experience in version control (e.g. Git) and issue tracking (e.g. Jira);
- Experience in developing apps for Google Cloud Platform is an asset;
- Hands-on experience and proficient knowledge of the following:
a) Web technologies: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#/ VB.NET, Web Services, WCF, WPF, SOAP and XML;
b) Database server: MS SQL Server, stored procedures, functions (PL/T-SQL) also MySQL, MemSQL and any no-SQL databases;
c) System environment: Microsoft ASP.NET/ .NET framework on Windows Server, .NET Core or Node JS on Linux Dockers deployed on GCP or OpenShift platforms;
d) Tools: MS Visual Studio, GitLab, Jira, G-Cloud, PowerShell and Jenkins.
