ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Mogo UCO is looking for a qualified Senior Ruby Developer to join its team. The selected candidate will be provided with a 2-6 week's training in Mogo Finance HQ in Riga, Latvia and will be introduced with the information systems, development process, and infrastructure.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Work in an international team that develops software for Baltic and Caucasus regions;
- Work in an agile team;
- Responsible for platform delivery and maintenance;
- Receive business requirements, clarify implementation details, plan system architecture;
- Develop software according to business requirements, implement new features;
- Develop new integrations with external services;
- Write and execute automated tests;
- Plan production deployment of own features;
- Provide support for the released functionality in cooperation with Business Application Support team.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Rest API, SOAP;
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, Jquery, Bootstrap;
- Good SQL skills and experience of working with MySQL databases;
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git);
- Knowledge of Linux, related to Ruby application setup;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages;
- Experience with Test and DevOps Automation will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience with and practical knowledge of CI configuration (preferably GitLab);
- Understanding of software architecture paradigms and patterns;
- Experience with system performance tuning will be considered as an advantage;
- Understanding of finance service industry will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail; strong communication and organization skills.
