ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Degustation Food Station is looking for a Service Manager to lead all aspects of the business. The incumbent will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service. The Service Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. He/ she will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. The Service Manager will also manage the restaurant's Instagram and Facebook pages.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Provide customers with product information, availability/ lead-time and make product recommendations;
- Resolve customer inquiries in timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Develop standard procedures and policies to better serve customers;
- Evaluate customer support results and prepare action plan for improvements;
- Resolve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the customer service associates;
- Perform business market analyses to determine customer needs and new opportunities;
- Implement strategic plans to improve customer service and Company's revenue;
- Provide 24/7 support of exceptional customer service.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills;
- Fluency in Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages.
