ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

"Huawei Technologies Armenia" LLC is looking for a Service Project Manager.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Be responsible for project ETM quality and maintenance project initiation, maintenance team establishment, project member performance management, maintenance plan formulation, and management execution. Be responsible for resource investment, plan execution, and delivery of maintenance projects quality;
- Act as the primary owner for stable network operation, and be responsible for customer coordination and customer care during the accident recovery process;
- Collaborate with the account department to close high-risk network risks in a timely manner and take responsibility for the closure results;
- Approve the network change plan, coordinate the network change plan, and take responsibility for the network change result;
- Identify major issues that customers concern, including complaints, initiate management escalation in a timely manner, drive customers to implement solutions in a timely manner, and be responsible for customer satisfaction with key issues;
- Manage project members (including support personnel) to comply with the quality red line and cyber security red line to ensure project delivery security and compliance;
- Recognize the revenue in a timely manner, correctly approve the maintenance labor hours, and be responsible for the achievement of the operation objectives of the maintenance project;
- Regularly communicate with key customers (O&M Supervisor/ CXO) to present service value and improve service brand.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education in Computer Science or Engineering or in the relevant field;
- Proven working experience as a Project Administrator, Technical Project Manager or Service Project Manager in the information technology sector;
- Understanding or hands-on experience with wireless and fixed networks, as well as other telecom equipment and technologies;
- Excellent acknowledgement for wireless network. If worked in Operators before, will be a plus item;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- PMP and PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
