1st shift: 08:30 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.; 2nd shift: 16:30 p.m. - 01:30 a.m.ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Mr. Gyros is looking for a Shift Manager to control product and service quality in the Branch.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Work with the restaurant staff to ensure quality service, great food, and cleanliness;- Ensure employees' awareness of the Company's regulations;
- Organize work schedules, help employees to fulfill their job responsibilities correctly;
- Solve all the issues that arise in the workplace.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education;- Work experience in a managerial position;
- Teamwork ability;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to classify issues according to priority;
- Ability to provide fast and complete solutions to the issues that arise in the workplace;
- High level of self-control and emotional restraint;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Administrative, financial, computer skills (MS Office and Internet).
