ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Andava Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a creative, forward-thinking and organized SMM Specialist to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Build and execute social media campaigns and strategies;
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content;
- Create and maintain the Company's social media pages and profiles;
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules;
- Set up, manage and optimize advertising campaigns;
- Continuously improve by analyzing social data/ metrics, insights and best practices;
- Collaborate with other departments to manage Company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach;
- Create and present weekly/ monthly reports.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a relevant field;
- Proven working experience in social media marketing;
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms;
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/ video/ text), presentation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
- Positive attitude; detail and customer oriented person with good multitasking and organizational ability;
- Understanding of social media metrics; ability to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
