ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ginosi Apartels is looking for a talented Software Architect. The candidate will be responsible for defining the architecture, infrastructure, layout of the systems and frameworks as well as guiding the team towards a unified vision of the end product. The Software Architect will act as a technical leader who should lead by example and show confidence in setting direction. The Software Architect will be expected to deliver tangible results and act as the driving force for the project from a technical perspective. The candidate will need to make decisions and clearly communicate with other teams involved. The incumbent will report directly to Software Development Manager.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Design and implement software applications;
- Develop architectural solutions for databases, user interfaces, and web services;
- Conceptualize software solutions to address particular needs for end-users;
- Collaborate with software developers to determine project scope and direction;
- Decide on the platforms and coding standards to be used in project development;
- Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvement;
- Create modifications for the existing software to upgrade performance;
- Ensure architectural integrity of software solutions;
- Coach, mentor, encourage, and motivate team members;
- Oversee architectural approaches from conception to installation.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- At least 4 years of full-time web development work experience;
- Knowledge of and proven experience with PHP;
- Extensive understanding of architectural styles, design patterns and OOP;
- Experience with database design and data modeling;
- Strong logic and reasoning skills;
- Strong project-management skills;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Superior interpersonal communication skills;
- Clear and coherent written communication, including visual representations of data;
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies;
- Willingness and ability to coach and mentor teammates as per need.
