ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Ucom is looking for a Software Architect. The incumbent will be responsible for creating or selecting the most appropriate architecture for new or existing systems, such that it suits the business needs, satisfies stakeholder requirements, and achieves the desired results under given constraints. Software architect must consider the following factors such as business strategy, quality attributes, human dynamics, design, and IT environment. The Software Architect must make sure that all planned, and in-place software architectures are aligned with the Company long-term vision, provide their expertise and architectural assistance to other IT personnel including software developer teams, business analysts and engineers.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Design the entire system based on the received requirements;
- Choose the system architecture and each individual component of this system at a high level;
- Choose the technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components;
- Review architecture and code;
- Controll the architecture during the next iteration of the system release;
- Lead software architecture vision, design and documentation;
- Participate in high level development of the new software, as well as provide the respective consultancy and make proposals regarding the issues of introduction of technologies at the stage of planning and introduction of the new Telecom/ IT services;
- Design and define solutions, strategy and architecture services;
- Regularly check and review services, processes, mobile applications, software's architecture and data flow structures;
- Analyse current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and suggest enhancement solutions;
- Analyse industry and market trends to identify impact on architecture;
- Create unified development standards in the company.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other relevant fields;
- At least 7 years of experience in software development;
- Familiarity with the billing systems structure and principles in Telecom area;
- Proven experience in developing strategic system architecture plans;
- Familiarity and expertise in a variety of systems and Telecom products;
- Extensive experience in system and business processes creation and development;
- Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices;
- Above-average analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in conducting technology, trends, standards and products research;
- Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure;
- Experience in providing guidance and leadership to software developers and IT engineers;
- Proven experience in identifying, analysing and resolving system problems.
