ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Central Bank of Armenia is looking for a new team member with strong communication skills, analytical and creative thinking to join CBA Banks Prudential Supervision team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Work in a rapidly changing environment;
- Have personal and professional development;
- Be at the epicenter of developments in the financial and especially the banking sector;
- Carry out off-site and on-site supervision of banking sector participants (including market infrastructures);
- Identify risks threatening the stability and continuity of banks and/or the system, take measures and/or submit proposals for their elimination, if necessary, if necessary, initiate appropriate sanctions against banks;
- Analyze the financial condition of banks, and assess the compliance of risk management and internal control systems with the nature and complexity of company risks;
- Assess the level of corporate governance at banks;
- Take control measures to bring in line with existing requirements and international best practices;
- Participate in the development of the banking sector regulation.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 1 year of work experience in the financial sector;
- Higher education in Economics, Business or related fields (master’s degree preferred);
- Banking legislation and regulatory framework;
- Accounting;
- Advanced or intermediate proficiency in MS Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of fundamental principles of banking supervision will be an advantage;
- Relevant international qualifications/certifications will be an advantage;
- Team mentality;
- Analytical thinking;
- Creative thinking;
- Ability to take initiative;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Communication skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Constant drive for continuous development.
