ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Smart Start invites active, energetic and creative specialists to apply for the Teaching Assistant position.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Work under the supervision of teacher;- Follow the complete IPC teaching plan;
- Organize learning material and resources;
- Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
- Assist in assessing children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on a regular basis;
- Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing;
- Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations;
- Foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Higher education in Pedagogy or Education, or at least 2 years of teaching experience;- Interest in teaching English to 2-6 y.o. children;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English language; knowledge of another language (French, Russian) will be a plus;
- Eagerness to learn, strive for self-development, and improve professional skills;
- Polite, energetic individual with ability to take initiative;
- Team player;
- Patience and flexibility;
- Strong communication skills.
