ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Role description:

Terminals and ATMs Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the service of ATMs, terminal-converters, payment terminals belonging to the Bank.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

What will you be doing?

- Ensure the continuous operation of ATMs;
- Participate in the process of ensuring the software and technical service of terminals, converters, and payment terminals;
- Participate in the installation process of newly installed ADFT;
- Monitor ADFT owned by the Bank and fix any issues;
-Study and respond to problematic applications;
- Collect ADFT belonging to the Bank if necessary;
- Withdraw cards seized by ATMs;
- Participate and implement the expansion of the service network of payment instruments;
- Implement other tasks assigned by the manager.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

What skills are we looking for?

- University degree in economics or finance;
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the bank in software and technical support of ATMs, payment terminals and terminal converters;
- High level of responsibility and ability to work in a team;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong analytical mind.
