ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

Yerani Travel is looking for a highly organized and well-mannered person with very good interpersonal and communication skills for the role of inbound Travel Agent. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker and problem-solver. It's an office-based job that requires coordinating complex schedules, researching and booking travel arrangements for clients, including last-minute or large-scale requests.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Present and sell existing travel and tour products;
- Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of customers' travel requirements;
- Provide travelers with directions and destination information;
- Manage online bookings and maintain proper correspondence and verbal communication;
- Oversee unpredictable situations as much as possible and make sure to provide high-standard customer service according to corporate guidelines. Make relevant notes and notices;
- Create and carefully maintain relevant files and databases;
- Participate in new offers pricing and create custom tour package offers based on customer request.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least a bachelor's degree;
- Great communication, organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
- Full proficiency in English and Russian languages; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Ability to deal with problematic customers, conflict management skills;
- High level of patience, great care to details.
