ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
We have a new opening for the position of Tutor to work with schoolchildren of primarily 1-3 grades, and higher grades later on. The incumbent is supposed to work with schoolchildren before or after classes in order to keep parents "happy"/ free from having to spend any time on lesson preparations.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Assist schoolchildren to properly prepare lessons and assigned homework;- Improve their knowledge and skills in all of their subjects;
- Follow up with children until they fully understand and reach proficiency in their subjects;
- Evaluate progress and provide feedback to parents when necessary.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Relevant university degree;- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an educational institution/ center;
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Armenian and Russian languages;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain subjects for children to clearly understand;
- Ability to manage children;
- Self-disciplined and result-oriented with due patience;
- Proactive and full of energy, attentive to details;
- Excellent knowledge of English language is highly desired;
- Up-to-date knowledge of school program, learning theories, techniques and resources is desired.
