Andava Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a self-motivated and innovative UI/ UX Designer to join its team.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Plan and implement new designs;- Optimize existing user interface designs;
- Gather user requirements, design graphic elements and build navigation components;
- Understand customers' business goals and objectives;
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions;
- Create original graphic designs (images, sketches and tables);
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements;
- Create prototypes for new product ideas;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- Test new ideas before implementing;
- Conduct an ongoing user research;
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a relevant field;- 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, visual design and wireframing tools;
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery Mobile;
- Portfolio of sample projects highlighting design for web based applications, mobile applications, consumer facing web sites and/ or applications;
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements, and business goals;
- Artistic eye for design and ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills;
- Detail-oriented and customer-centered person; problem solver;
- Business-minded approach to time, costs and deadlines.
