ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

RESO Insurance is looking for an Underwriter/ Agency Network Specialist to join its team.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Discuss and resolve the problems with agents, managers, directors;
- Provide assistance and advice to agents dealing with all types of insurance;
- Settle customer service issues related to contract signing or reimbursement;
- Make decisions on insurance risk-taking and tariffs within own competence;
- Prepare proposals for clients;
- Conduct analysis of portfolio;
- Conduct analysis of sales dynamics and results changes;
- Responsible for budget planning, controlling and analyzing;
- Study and master the Company's insurance products;
- Sign standard and non-standard insurance contracts;
- Assist repayment processes and implementation of subrogation;
- Meet with customers on behalf of the Company;
- Organize and provide the cooperation between agents and other departments of the Company;
- Make appropriate decisions in controversial situations;
- Correspond with relevant departments.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in insurance industry;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is an advantage;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with large volumes of information.
