ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 

E-world is hiring a Web Development Team Lead to maintain more than 10 shopping websites by managing an Engineering team consisting of 4 people. To accomplish these goals, the Company is looking for a candidate to help optimize and build on the existing web presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience both in front- and back-end development. He/ she will think creatively and analytically and work collaboratively across the Organization. Additionally, this candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 

- Convert designs into semantic HTML/ CSS, implement visual elements, and identify/ resolve all browser compatibility issues while implementing layouts with CMS platforms, including WordPress;
- Monitor and adjust key web development programs in order to maximize growth;
- Manage an automated platform to improve shop performance by API;
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing website, including A/B testing, pixel management;
- Work on marketing integrations by Tag Manager;
- Initiate team training and encourage knowledge sharing in order to improve the performance of the team;
- Provide technical and organizational leadership: communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts to encourage the team;
- Work in close collaboration with the HR team to maintain the main needs and opportunities of the team and improve the performance.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- At least 5 years of relevant web development and team leading experience;
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery, React JS);
- Strong knowledge of and experience with PHP;
- Experience in working on CMS platform, preferably WordPress;
- Clear understanding of OOP and Design Patterns;
- Experience in crafting and working with relational databases, preferably MySQL;
- Strong team management skills;
- Experience in working with Trello and Jyra;
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Git;
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or other work management tools;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that supports team mentoring.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Laravel;
- Experience in working for marketing or E-commerce companies;
- Knowledge of technical English language;
- Experience with marketing tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
