ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Tushpa Wine Cellar is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Wine Tour Guide to join its team. If you are an excellent storyteller with a knack for customer service, have outstanding communication skills, and are enthusiastic about wine, Tushpa Wine Cellar is waiting for you!ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tasting Room which includes giving tours, tastings, visitor relations, staff performance and wine shop sales;- Make reservations for the visits;
- Be timely and punctual with regard to scheduling requirements;
- Generate visitors-customers through in-bound calls, emails and visits;
- Inventory management of wine consumed during the visits and in the shop;
- Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers, and accounting for daily sales. Ensure that cash accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business day;
- Ensure that the tasting room is neat and tidy at all times.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor's degree;- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Ability to work on weekends and some holidays;
- Must possess a passion for wine and the wine industry.
