Full-timeОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
Material Exchange AM is looking for a WordPress Developer. As an experienced WordPress Developer, he/ she will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Design and implement new features and functionality;- Establish and guide the website’s architecture;
- Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS;
- Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme and plugin.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Bachelor’s degree;- At least 5 years of experience in software development,
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery;
- Experience in building user interfaces for websites and/ or web applications;
- Experience in designing and developing responsive design websites;
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector;
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers;
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages;
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML);
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN and Mercurial);
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
