ТИП ПОЛНОМОЧИЙ :

ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ : 

Ardshinbank CJSC is looking for a Head of Retail Products Development Division.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ : 

- Organize, coordinate and supervise the activities of the Division and control over the proper execution of the responsibilities defined by the job descriptions of the Department staff;
- Ensure the execution of assignments given by the heads and management bodies of the Bank, provide recommendations related to the functions of the Division's employees and control over their implementation;
- Introduce new retail services based on marketing research, plan and initiate the existing services modernization, development and optimization;
- Implement projects, including business process, promotion and sales approaches, organize and supervise the development and presentation of technical requirements;
- Cooperate with other departments of the Bank in connection with the functions of the Divison;
- Organize, draft legal acts for submission of automation proposals for the management operations for regulation processes and take control over it;
- Cooperate with other subdivisions of the Bank;
- Submit proposals to the Head to encourage employees of the Department and to impose sanctions on them.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ : 

- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Economics or a technical field;
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial-banking sphere over the last 10 years;
- Licenses or certificates evidencing project management, development of conditions and processes of banking services qualification are preferable;
- Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of LS Bank and software systems of processing companies is preferable;
- Knowledge of marketing and effective sales basics is preferable;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; satisfactory knowledge of English language.
