ПОДРОБНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ : 

In the scope of RECONOMY programme, Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe (in further text referred to as Help) started the implementation of the project “Inclusive jobs in ICT” in Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine, with the objective to enable women and youth up to 30 years of age, including the most disadvantaged and excluded groups, to benefit from economic opportunities by increasing their income and taking up decent/green employment/self-employment. The Programme is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and is implemented jointly by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation (Helvetas) together with Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.
Help has concluded a Partnership Agreement with BSC Business Support Center (www.bsc.am) to tackle shortage of qualified personnel in the ICT sector and unequal economic and territorial development across Armenia and the EaP region. As a result of this partnership, BSC will involve in the development of the ICT labour market capacity building by developing commercially viable and inclusive non-formal training products, creating a community of ICT specialists, sharing on-site and remote job opportunities among ICT specialists of the field.

In scope of the project initiatives, BSC plans to conduct a hybrid format conference on “Soft skills for the modern job market” topic. The objective of the conference will be the raising awareness on soft skills current issues and opportunities, also referring to the raising importance of implementing the soft skills in workplace. The conference will host ICT and related field organizations’ representatives, Human Resource specialists, directors and managers.
The conference components are:
- Panel discussion
- Soft skills workshop
- Question and answer session
The purpose of the assignment is the provision of a venue including technical equipment for a hybrid format (online and offline) panel discussion, synchronised translation, projector presentation and coffee break.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ : 

The venue must have the following amenities:
- Modern air conditioning system;
- Free use of electricity and WiFi;
- Two (2) welcome sign stands;
- Sound system, with at least four (4) wireless microphones;
- A soundproof translator’s booth with twenty (20) wireless earphones;
- A TV Screen with an HDMI cable and clicker;
- Seventy (70) chairs in a theatre style seating;
- Furniture for the panel discussion including six (6) chairs and tables with drinking water and bottles;
- Coffee break options.

ПРОЦЕДУРА ПОДАЧИ ЗАЯВОК : 

The Candidate shall complete and submit the following documents with his proposal (Please note: The stamp can be omitted in case of Private Entrepreneurs, if it is not required by the local regulations):
- A detailed offer including venue technical details, photos and coffee break menu
- Proposal Submission Form Annex 2 – duly completed and signed and stamped by the Candidate
- Duly signed and stamped Annex 3 - Help General Terms and Conditions for Service Contracts
- Duly signed and stamped Annex 4 - Help Code of Conduct for Contractors
- Duly signed and stamped Annex 5 - Help Declaration for Tenderers, Candidates and Suppliers

The candidates should submit completed, signed and scanned documentation by email: antic@help-ev.de not later than July 11th 2024
