JOB DESCRIPTION: 

RSM International is looking for a colleague who loves math and teaching as much as RSM International does (Middle School Algebra or Geometry, or High School Algebra). This position is based in Armenia. Remote work as a contractor may be possible depending on location.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

What you’ll do:

- Work closely with Senior Methodologists to create and refine lesson materials
- Develop engaging problem sets, presentations, and sample Whiteboards
- Review lessons for clarity, skill coverage, and overall flow
- Keep our content databases neat and well-structured

You’ll also stay connected to the classroom, teaching 8–10 hours a week. Since RSM is an afterschool program, classes are held during afternoon or evening hours or weekends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

What RSM International hopes you bring:
- Solid understanding of middle school Algebra and Geometry (Calculus is a plus);
- 1–3 years of experience with curriculum or methodology work;
- A genuine interest in both teaching and educational design;
- Ability to take and apply feedback thoughtfully, while working independently and taking ownership of your projects.

There is an opportunity to relocate Newton, MA, or potentially work remotely as a contractor.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY:
