The Leadership Academy Armenia is a comprehensive capacity-building program designed to equip young politicians and NGO representatives with essential leadership, policy and democracy skills. It offers a unique opportunity to build your personal professional network. The program aims at strengthening emerging leaders' capabilities to actively participate in building a democratic Armenia.
Participants of the 2026 Leadership Academy will learn about the fundamentals of Armenia's electoral system, covering the preparation, conduct and verification of elections. Moreover, the participants will be introduced to the legal framework for elections and the roles and responsibilities of election officials.
