Role description:Evoca is looking for a Loan Specialist who will be responsible for effective customer service, high-quality provision of loan services, and sales.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
What will you be doing?- Undertake customer acquisition;
- Perform active sales;
- Provide consultation regarding the lending processes;
- Receive and analyze loan applications;
- Choose and review collateral;
- Prepare and present relevant reports;
- Track customers' payments.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
What skills is Evoca looking for?- University degree in economics or finance;
- At least 2 year's professional experience as a business and consumer loan officer;
- Excellent command of Armenian banking legislation and lending procedures;
- Good knowledge of AS-Bank 4.0 software program;
- Outstanding communication and customer acquisition skills, advanced skills of sales plan implementation;
- Negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Analytical mind;
- Good command of Russian and English languages.
