ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Հաճախորդների կարիքների բացահայտում (զանգերի, հանդիպումների, վերլուծությունների արդյունքում): Այդ կարիքների թվում են նոր վարկաին և ոչ վարկային գործիքները;
- Բանկի ծառայությունների վաճառքների մեծացում;
- Բարելավել/կատարելագործել Բանկի կողմից առաջարկվող ընթացիկ/նոր ծառայություները` հաշվի առնելով մրցակցային միջավայրը և նոր տեխնոլոգիաներով պայմանավորված միտումները;
- Բանկի նոր գործիքների մասին իրազեկում տարբեր հաղորդակցության միջոցներով (փոստային, SMS, ինտերնետ բանկի միջոցով և այլն);
- Հաճախորդների բողոքների և առաջարկությունների վերլուծություն, ներկայացում Բանկի ղեկավարությանը: Համապատասխան առաջարկությունների ձևավորում;
- Հաճախորդների չիրացված պոտենցիալի բացահայտում: Մասնավորապես գործող հաճախորդների սքրինինգ և նոր համագործակցության ուղիների բացահայտում, բանակցություններ;
- Հաճախորդների սպասարկման որակի կառավարում (այդ թվում հետևյալ գործիքներով` հետադարձ զանգեր, Mystery Shopping, որակական ցուցանիշների սահմանում և վերահսկում և այլն);
- Բանկի և Հաճախորդների կապի բարելավում:

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 

- Բարձրագույն տնտեսագիտական և/կամ տեխնիկական կրթություն;
- Առնվազն 1 տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ ֆինանսական ոլորտում;
- Նախաձեռնող, աշխատասեր, նոր գիտելիքներից չխուսափող;
- Պատասխանատվության բարձր աստիճան;
- Հաղորդակցման և վերլուծական գերազանց հմտություններ;
- Հայերեն և անգլերեն լեզուների գերազանց իմացություն;
- Microsoft Office ծրագրային փաթեթի գերազանց իմացություն;
