- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data;
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting;
- Assist in preparing tax declarations;
- Explain basic financial concepts to SMEs (profit, cash flow, costs, margins) in a practical, non-technical manner;
- Support preparation of financial documents for banks and investors;
- Assist with loan, leasing and financing applications.
- At least 1 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance or a related role;
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements;
- Interest in SME finance and advisory work;
- Good Excel skills; experience with accounting software is an advantage;
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work with clients;
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset;
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.

ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ:
We are looking for an Accountant / Financial Specialist to support SMEs with financial record-keeping, reporting, tax preparation, and financing documentation. The role combines accounting and advisory work, providing opportunities to grow expertise in SME finance while guiding clients with practical financial insights.ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- Support SMEs in maintaining accurate and structured financial records;- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data;

- Assist in preparing tax declarations;

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;- At least 1 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance or a related role;
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements;
- Interest in SME finance and advisory work;
- Good Excel skills; experience with accounting software is an advantage;
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work with clients;
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset;
- Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
