ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Capital Motors is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a high sense of responsibility and demonstrate a good ability to work in a team.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Perform administrative tasks at the office (answer phone calls and reply to administrative letters, organize files and documents, handle administrative purchasing, etc.);
- Provide efficient and administrative support to the team;
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings;
- Organize administrative files and data;
- Assist in the preparation of administrative and HR-related documents, as assigned;
- Provide basic translation and editing of documents;
- Assist in the preparation of events and activities;
- Welcome visitors at the showroom and direct them to the relevant team member;
- Ensure that the office and the showroom are run efficiently;
- Serve as the personal assistant to the Kia Armenia President;
- Act as the brand ambassador for the Kia brand;
- Implement other administrative tasks, as assigned.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- At least one year of experience in any relevant job;
- Good time management skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Proficiency in MS Office and G Workspace;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
