ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
"Sopharma" JSCo Representation in Armenia is looking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant to perform varied office administrative and secretarial support functions.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Manage records, as well as incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Assist the Director with administrative tasks;
- Answer phone calls and make appointments;
- Carry out Internet searches and answer email inquiries;
- Make oral and written translations from/ into Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Manage logistics related to business trips and other activities;
- Perform other job-related administrative duties as assigned by the Director.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education;
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be a plus;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, integrity and commitment;
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills;
- Driving skills are desirable;
- Availability of an own car is a plus.
