ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
AVC Consulting and Audit LLC is looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Translator to provide a high level administrative support to the staff, make translations from Armenian language into English/ Russian languages and vice versa.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Answer and direct calls;
- Maintain contact lists;
- Assist in preparation of reports;
- Make translations from Armenian language into Russian/ English languages and vice versa;
- Produce and distribute letters and forms;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Provide information by answering questions and requests;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning;
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff;
- Coordinate office procedures.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or a relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages; knowledge of business English (in finance and accounting field) will be considered as an advantage;
- At least 1 year of working experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Detail oriented person comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
