ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Central Bank of Armenia is looking for an active Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational and communication skills as well as attention to detail to join the team at Macroeconomic directorate. The main goal of the assistant job is to effectively organize the directorate administrative work․
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Manage directorate documents flow;
- Organize and schedule the manager’s (head of the directorate) meetings;
- Manage information flow by answering and directing phone calls, writing and distributing e-mails, correspondence memos, letters;
- Prepare presentations;
- Follow up on department task deadlines;
- Accomplish other assignments given by the manager.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook;
- Time management skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility and accuracy;
- Flexibility;
- Teamwork.
Nice to have:
- Relevant work experience.
