ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The objective of the App Support Specialist is providing timely support by empowering DirectB users to operate more effectively. Each member of the team will contribute to the development of a creative and challenging work experience.
The main aim of the App Support Specialist is to establish a solid relationship with the Company's partners and ensure the connection to deliver superior user satisfaction.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Answer partners'/ users' inquiries related to services and other issues provided by the company;
- Identify and assess partners’/users’ needs to achieve required satisfaction;
- Handle partners’/users’ complaints providing appropriate solution or to find alternative options to solve the issues if there is any;
- Register all types of issues in the ticketing system for the review of corresponding departments;
- Build sustainable, long-term partnership.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Proficiency in English or Russian languages (written and verbal);
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
- Ability to listen and understand the information and ideas presented by partner/user, detect issues and provide appropriate solutions;
- Time management skills;
- Multitasking skills;
- Creative thinking;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Working hours: 12:00-21:00 (students are welcome).
