ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Shant TV is looking for a high performing B2B Sales Manager to help the Company meet its sales and revenue growth targets by keeping it competitive and innovative.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the Company's business partners base and ensures its strong presence;
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors;
- Ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales and KPI targets are met;
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and expos; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Promote the Organization and its products;
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Relevant work experience as a B2B Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages; knowledge of French langauge will be a plus;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations;
- Effective business writing skills.
