ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Avenue Consulting Group is hiring a Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing clients and improve the position in different segments of consulting services to attract new clients. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should be an active listener, a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new deals from cold calls and inbound warm leads. The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and purposeful to persuade potential clients, business owners and top managers, to close efficient consulting deals. The Business Development Manager should be the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the Company provides. The Business Development Manager also responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new sales territories. Saying that, the Company's Business Development Manager should generate efficient sales.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Find and develop new markets, and improve sales;
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients;
- Increase client base;
- Contact with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings;
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
- Develop growth strategies and plans;
- Have an in-depth knowledge of consulting products and value proposition;
- Write business proposals;
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs;
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams;
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally;
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements;
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
- High level of communication skills;
- Stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to negotiate;
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy;
- Conflict resolution abilities;
- Self-motivated person, and ability to motivate the team;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented person;
- Exceptional communication and writing skills;
- Commercial awareness, partnered with a creative mind;
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
