ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Hosteeva is looking for a candidate for the position of Call Center Agent.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Answer incoming calls and chats;
- Respond to email and text messages;
- Answer various type of reservation inquiry requests on unifying replying platform;
- Participate in weekly calls/ meetings;
- Troubleshoot website issues and escalate to the technical team.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- High proficiency in English language, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work shifts, including night shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice;
- Good data entry and typing skills;
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes;
- Customer service orientation;
- Organizational skills;
- Attention to details;
- Adaptability, good teamwork skills;
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality;
- Solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner.
