ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Varks.am is looking for a highly professional, energetic and enthusiastic Client Complaints Coordinator. The ideal candidate must have a confident and professional customer care manner, with a can-do attitude, great communication skills and a good eye for detail.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Coordinate client complaints handling process;
- Lead the work and train the employees engaged in the process;
- Professionally coordinate the receipt, processing, communication and effective resolution of all customer complaints;
- Maintain comprehensive database of client complaints;
- Make regular reports on performed work and implementation statuses;
- Hit targeted timeframes ensuring all the required information is provided;
- Ensure all back-up data, including reports, is saved on the shared server;
- Keep regular checks on all complaints in progress;
- Liaise with clients as and when required;
- Aid team members and clients as and when required on any questions/ queries;
- Work closely and professionally with operational, planning and administration teams;
- Follow and maintain customer service policy at all times.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a legal field;
- Excellent knowledge of the RA legislation and CBA legal acts;
- Experience in dealing directly with customers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literacy, excellent command of MS Office;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages.
