ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Business and Operations Manager to ensure the flawless operations of its COAF SMART Center in Lori marz liaising with the HQ in Yerevan. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Center, the business operations of the Concept Hotel and the Visitor Center.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Manage the overall COAF SMART business and operations team and facilities, including the Center, the Concept Hotel and the Visitor Center;
- Safeguard and maintain business assets and equipment, which include Company cars, IT equipment and other utilities across all domains;
- Develop the annual budget and its management, including cost efficiency;
- Interface with local counterparts, such as local government bodies and COAF partners (Security, Cafeteria, Transportation, Garbage collection, etc.);
- Suggest and initiate strategic partnerships with other organizations and individuals;
- Make regular visits to communities, as well as organize meetings between teams and local stakeholders;
- Continuously develop management and leadership skills through coaching/ mentoring support from COAF and other potential external sources;
- Actively participate in and support activities of the COAF SMART Center Programs team;
- Represent COAF's values at community events and host visitors;
- Ensure COAF's participation in and relevance to the development of the Lori marz;
- Participate in developing and implementing special projects and other tasks assigned by the Executive Director.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field from a recognized university;
- At least 5 years of experience in managing teams and complex projects (International experience is a plus);
- Superb leadership and strong organizational skills;
- Clear business acumen and strategic thinking ability;
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent time, team and project management skills;
- Tech-savvy with a pronounced enthusiasm for innovation;
- Growth mentality and ablility to build, measure and learn;
- Proficiency in Armenian and English languages (both verbal and written); knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
