ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Varks.am is seeking a successful candidate for the position of Contact Center Specialist who will provide the Company's information in an efficient and timely manner. 2 weeks intense dedicated training will be provided to set the candidate up for success.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Answer customers' inquiries through incoming call/ email or chat in a timely manner;
- Provide general information on procedures, services, payments, promotion, offers, etc;
- Fix customer problems at the first contact and transfer non-resolved problems as complaints to the Troubleshooting Supervisor;
- Attract potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls, make cross-selling and up-selling;
- Inform customers about new offers and services;
- Carry out the satisfaction inquiry campaign established by the Quality Team;
- Carry out retention and loyalty campaigns established by the Retention and Loyalty Team;
- Make outbound calls as assigned;
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education;
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in help line or customer services related fields;
- Natural communicator;
- Confidence and can-do attitude with an ability to deliver excellent customer service;
- Proficiency in Armenian language, both written and verbal; knowledge of English and Russian languages is a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an asset;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to listen; stress resistance;
- Ability for shift work;
- Ability to work on week-ends.
