ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Evocabank is looking for a Customer Attraction Specialist. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team; and high sense of responsibility.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Attract new customers;
- Implement direct and indirect sales;
- Conduct customer need assessment and develop respective products;
- Initiate new projects and improvement processes;
- Conduct market analysis and create potential customers’ database.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree in Economics or Finance;
- At least 2 years of experience at bank, specifically in sales or customer attraction fields;
- Good command of sales techniques for banking products and services;
- Initiative and high sense of responsibility;
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced communication skills with strong business acumen;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
