ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Berlin-Chemie AG Armenian Representation is looking for a hard-working, well-organized, responsible and highly motivated Customer Relations Manager to join its team.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Support headquarter in ensuring permanent availability of the products of Berlin-Chemie AG on the national market;
- Process, revise and monitor orders and supply co-stocks and distributors considering demand and accounts payable, manage customers;
- Build trustful, well-organized cooperation with co-stock holders and distributors;
- Support headquarter in collection of in-time payments;
- Optimize the level of inventories in co-stocks and at distributors;
- Permanently observe product shelf life and expiry dates;
- Prepare, monitor and get reports for marketing action through distributors;
- Do active stock management;
- Organize and follow up the Due Diligence procedure of new and existing distributors;
- Deal with complaints of co-stock holders and distributors;
- Responsible for logistic activities and communication in case of recall and withdrawals, according to SOP and WI;
- Prepare regular reports to headquarter and Country or General Management;
- Support the team in preparation of the Budget;
- Support headquarter with monthly production planning, pricing and other related activities using different IT programs;
- Coordinate with the Local Regulatory Manager the status of planned and running regulatory processes and update necessary software tools monthly.

ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree in Business Administration or extensive experience in the working area;
- Experience in pharma business will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and client-facing skills;
- Multi-tasking skills, ability to meet targets and deadlines.
