ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Hosteeva LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist, who will perform the responsibilities listed below.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Answer incoming calls;
- Respond to email and text messages;
- Troubleshoot web site issues and escalate to the technical team;
- Research required information using available resources;
- Manage and resolve customer complaints;
- Identify and escalate priority issues;
- Document all call information according to standard operational procedures.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- University degree;
- High proficiency in English language, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work shifts, including night shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice;
- Good data entry and typing skills;
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes;
- Customer service orientation;
- Organizational skills;
- Attention to details;
- Adaptability, good teamwork skills;
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality;
- Solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner.
