ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
Nissan Armenia is looking for a high-performing Deputy Head of Sales Department. The ideal candidate will meet the Company's customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The responsibilities of the Deputy Head of Sales Department include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans, as well as hitting annual targets, building relationships with corporate customers and understanding market trends. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Monitor activities of the Sales Department and distribute responsibilities among the department employees;
- Negotiate with existing and potential corporate customers through building up a long-term cooperation with them;
- Explore the competitive market and understand its trends;
- Participate in the strategic planning of the Sales Department;
- By cooperating with marketing team and analyzing the market trends, as well as the existing results participate in the pricing and annual sales forecasting process of vehicles;
- Collaborate with the head office of Nissan manufacturer, formulate and place orders of vehicles and accessories;
- Analyze all sales phases of Nissan vehicles, monitor the sales related marketing materials and prepare monthly and quarterly reports;
- Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and maintain an expert technical knowledge of automotive industry;
- Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with customer, dealer principal, sales team and colleagues;
- Implement external relationship;
- Improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing a strategy with the sales team.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education in Business Administration or a relevant field;
- Previous managerial experience in sales;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Demonstrable experience as a Head of Sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames;
- Leadership skills;
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
