ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
The Executive Assistant will ensure the fluid implementation of day-to-day activities of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by using initiative and good judgment, working independently with little supervision and maintaining strict confidentiality.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimized scheduling of the CEO agenda and manage and prioritize work-related tasks in accordance with CEO vision and strategic goals by providing administrative support including but not limited to scheduling meetings, conference calls, maintaining calendars, arranging travel and managing correspondence;
- Provide required support related to personal commitments of the CEO;
- Ensure timely payment and tracking of bills, reimbursements and expense reports of the CEO to the Accountant;
- Coordinate logistics, draft agendas, provide advance materials and execute follow-up for meetings and team conferences;
- Compile, draft and edit internal and external correspondence;
- Create regular reports and document meeting minutes;
- Update internal databases and input information into Salesforce;
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations);
- Serve as liaison for department-wide initiatives and projects providing administrative support as requested;
- Perform diverse and advanced administrative duties for the CEO, including creating presentations, conducting research on given topics, memos and other documents as needed;
Other Responsibilities:
- Plan the CEO fundraising and external relations trips in cooperation with the Public Affairs and Development departments;
- Work with Teach For Armenia's Board of Trustees, including Board meeting preparation, minute taking and follow-up actions;
- Assist in coordinating team activities, prepare biweekly Senior Leadership team and Executive meetings;
- Follow and update the CEO strategic annual calendar;
- Work with Public Affairs team on the CEO written communications, speeches, event presentations;
- Proactively advise on implementation of new tools to improve working processes and provide feedback and recommendations to the CEO where relevant;
- Review and recommend changes to the Company policies;
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions;
- Respond promptly to managers' queries;
- Assist the CEO in organizing events;
- Handle special project requests from the CEO.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 5 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant and/ or administrative support experience is strongly preferred;
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills (English and Armenian languages); knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent organizational skills as well as ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment with flexibility for shifting priorities;
- Highly resourceful independent team-player with demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving;
- Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Outstanding attention to details, accuracy of work and working discipline;
- Outstanding work ethics and professionalism;
- Strong sense of possibility and solution orientation;
- Passion about Teach For Armenia's vision and mission.
