ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
ID Bank CJSC is looking for an experienced, motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Executive Coordinator, who will be responsible for fulfillment of the below mentioned obligations under direct supervision of the CEO.
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to planning of arrangements and meetings (onsite and remote), making the time schedule of meetings, drafting agendas of meetings, providing materials to interested parties/ units;
- Carry on correspondence with employees of the Bank and external partners;
- Analyse documents developed by the units of the Bank, including internal acts, proposals and projects;
- Carry out market analysis and prediction of market development trends and development of respective offers aimed at improvement of the Bank's strategy based on such analysis and presentation thereof to the CEO;
- Carry out appraisal of reports presented to the CEO, analysis thereof and presentation of respective proposals related thereto;
- Implement analysis of performance of structural units of the Bank and presentation of respective proposals on improvements thereof, to the CEO;
- Review proposals presented to the Chairman of the Management Board and make offers thereon to the latter;
- Carry out appraisal of the Bank's position in the Banking system, make respective offers to the CEO with regard thereto;
- Implement different projects from the process of initiation till completion (initiation, planning, implementation, supervision, completion), including rationale, approval of the project, maintenance and participation in the financial process;
- Control performance of instructions given by the CEO;
- Perform other job-related obligations and responsibilities upon the necessity.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education in Economics or Finance;
- PMP certificate will be an asset;
- At least 3 years of experience in analysis; respective experience in banking will be an asset;
- Experience in working with data base; project management experience will be an asset;
- Skills in finance and business processes;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Excel VBA will be an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of RA banking legislation;
- Ability to manage conflicts and problems in a quick and efficient way;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Ability to work in different situations and quickly orient;
- Ability to keep privacy;
- Attentiveness to details and ability to multitask;
- Ability to perform effectively by meeting deadlines;
- Flexibility to changes and ability to manage difficult situations;
- Sense of accuracy and responsibility;
- Teamwork ability.
