ОПИСАНИЕ ДОЛЖНОСТИ: 
This task focuses on increasing the role of informal civic groups in driving social changes and developing their capacities based on pre-identified needs.
Task involves:
- Creating digital training modules to enhance the capacity of informal civic groups, covering fundamental elements of civic initiatives such as strategy development, mobilization, evaluation, decision-making, and monitoring.
- Conducting training with developed modules for informal civil groups in RA Regions and Yerevan (5 three-day training, with approximately 130 participants in total).
ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: 
- Identify and develop 5-10 success stories of informal groups based on the mapping of informal groups in the regions of Armenia and Yerevan and their needs within the framework of the STRIVE program;
- Develop training modules aimed at capacity building of informal civic groups and their application methods based on the mapping results, own experience, and conducted research. Expected topics may include: Procedures and strategies for informal groups; Work methods of informal groups and group mobilization; Initiatives and ideas development; Innovations; Risk management; Program monitoring and evaluation; Accountability and transparency; Communication, community involvement, cooperation (including with local government), and advocacy; Transition from informal to formal: forming and registering a legal entity; Other topics, based on mapping and needs assessment;
- Collaborate with the STRIVE program team and partners to discuss and test the developed modules;
- Conduct training for informal groups and project partners using the developed modules (around 130 participants);
- Make necessary changes to the modules based on the training outcomes;
- Assess potential risks associated with module use and outline risk management strategies;
- Prepare a final package that includes the modules and application methods in the Armenian language, along with an electronic version containing additional materials and links in English/Russian.
ТРЕБУЕМАЯ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ: 
- Higher education degree;
- Work/teaching experience in non-formal education;
- Experience in developing/reviewing training modules;
- Experience working on international projects;
- Experience in planning and conducting work meetings;
- Familiarity with CSOs and informal groups activities in Armenia;
- Excellent command of Armenian;
- Proficient in writing skills;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to work individually and in a team;
- Knowledge of the English language is desirable.
